The Honourable Supreme Court of India defines ragging as any act which violates the dignity of any student. According to the Indian Penal Code, ragging is a cognizable, non-bail able, non-compoundable offence with punishment ranging from one year imprisonment to 7 years imprisonment and fine.
All students admitted to BIAHS and their parents are requested to fill up the online undertaking form and submit to the college without fail.
If any incident of ragging comes to the notice of the authorities, the concerned student shall be given the liberty to explain himself and if his explanation is not found satisfactory, he will be expelled from the institution.
