Dr. Neeraj Bora, needs no introduction for the people of this part of North India. He is well known for his social services in Uttar Pradesh, Uttaranchal, Delhi, Haryana, Punjab and Himachal Pradesh. A man of great grit, determination and courage yet immensely softspoken, has given new hope to the lives of millions of poor and underprivileged people of Lucknow adjoining districts. Founder and Managing Director of a super –specialty Hospital, Sewa Hospital and Research Centre is providing new lease of life to millions of ailing people of this region and free medical assistance to underpriviledged class of the Society.
A vivacious leader, Dr. Neeraj Bora keeps his feet firm on the ground and prefers not to abandon his smile even in most adverse circumstances. With all clarity of vision he has proved well how to translate his vision into reality.
Dr. Neeraj Bora was a Vice Chairman and Director of U.P. State Bridge Corporation Limited (July 2007-June 2009) Minister of State Status.
His tremendous penchant for humanitarian services, got him elected as District Governor of Lions Clubs International, the largest human service organization of the world with more than 14 Lacs members sprawling over 194 countries.
The medical fraternity expressed its unflinching faith in Dr. Neeraj's Leadership acumen and administrative skills and elected him president of Lucknow chapter of Indian Medical Association consiqutively for three years.
A die-hard social worker Dr. Neeraj Bora earned another feather in his cap in 2004 and elected as Multiple Council Chairman of Lions Clubs International, the most coveted post making him the organizational head of all the lions of Northern India and giving him opportunity to plan and supervise Social service activities through more than 600 lion clubs of Northern India.
Showcasing him unextinguishable urge for service to the deprived and marginalized section of the Society, Dr. Neeraj Bora organized innumerable free medical and health check-up camps, eye relief and operation camps, blood donation camps, diabetes and hypertension camps, handicap welfare camps and AIDS awareness camps.
His efforts to ameliorate the lives of the poor's and to make this world a better place to live are endless as presently he is contemplating on more than a dozen community service projects.
